Booth and sponsorship applications are completed separately from the 2024 AWG Innovation Showcase attendance registration. Vendors must be approved via the Vendor application first before registering to attend the event.

Once sponsorship applications have been reviewed, email notifications will be sent with confirmation and contact information for setting planning meetings with your respective department head(s).

Deadline for Application Submission: Dec 31, 1969

Vendor agrees and clearly understands that all funding directed to the 2024 AWG Innovation Showcase does not include any existing promotional funds, accruals, CMA funds, or other published funds.

*AWG/VMC reserves the right to reveiw all Vendor submissions and to deny or limit the participation of any Vendor.
