Working for a three-store chain in the suburbs of Chicago, he started his grocery experience working summers in the meat department. After college, he accepted the Director of IT position for the same company, eventually settling into the position of General Manager of the company. After the company’s sale in 2010, he came over to RDS, where he continued to expand his grocery knowledge. Focused on customer service and product utilization, Chuck has been helping retailers navigate and get the most out of their technology for the last 14 years with RDS. He is currently General Manager of RDS North Central.
